Every lead, every client, every follow-up — in one calm place.
The AI finds and prepares leads overnight. In the morning you open Today, send the ready messages from your phone and log each one in a tap. Nothing slips, nobody is chased twice.
For the Qrinux team. New accounts wait for approval.
Every way a client finds us, finally in one list.
Our old CRM split leads across separate pages. Now every lead lives in one place with a type, so filters, follow-ups and reports work the same for all of them.
Outreach
Businesses with no website, or one so broken it needs an emergency rebuild — found area by area.
Social requests
People posting on Facebook, LinkedIn or groups that they need a website. Post link, text and budget kept together.
Inbound
Anyone who reaches out to us first, logged in seconds from a pasted link or number.
Referrals
Introductions from clients and friends, so a warm lead never sits in someone's WhatsApp.
Open a lead and everything you need is already there.
Research, website problems, a demo link and messages written for that exact business — so sending takes seconds, not a morning.
- Website problems listed plainly: free builder, watermark, broken on mobile, no HTTPS, expired domain.
- Proof the business is alive: last post, ads running, Google rating and reviews.
- WhatsApp opens with the number and message filled in; email opens with subject and body.
- Each phone number and email is marked verified, likely or unverified, so you know what to trust.
- A note says which parts of the demo site are real and which are placeholder content.
All the pieces of a real CRM, without the clutter.
Short forms, inline editing, side drawers instead of new pages, and empty fields hidden until you need them.
Today
One morning page: follow-ups due, overdue, hotlist talks, renewals and progress toward the daily lead target.
Table and board
Filter, sort and paginate every lead, or drag cards between stages. Saved views per person.
Hotlist
Known people we keep meaning to call — with the topic, the next date and a repeat reminder.
Clients and projects
Every delivered site with its live link, domain, hosting, price and payment status. Searchable in a second.
Lead Engine
A search queue by country, city and area that tells the AI exactly where to look next.
Calendar
Follow-ups, hotlist talks and domain or hosting renewals on one month or week view.
Command palette
⌘K to jump to any lead, person, client or project. N for new. Built for speed.
Duplicate check
Phone, email, domain and profile links are normalised, so the same business is flagged before it is added twice.
Timeline and audit
Every message, stage change and edit is recorded on the record, with who did it and when.
Import and export
Bring in old sheets with column mapping and export any list to CSV whenever you need it.
Paste a link, get a record
Paste a Facebook post, LinkedIn profile, Instagram page, Google Maps place or website. The CRM recognises it, fills the right field, suggests the name and warns you if it already exists.
From a search result to a paying client.
- 01
Found
The AI searches the next area in the queue, checks the business is still active and scores it.
- 02
Prepared
A demo website is generated and WhatsApp, email and DM messages are written for that business.
- 03
Sent
The team opens the lead on a phone, taps WhatsApp, sends, and marks it contacted.
- 04
Followed up
Reminders appear on day 2 and day 5. Replies pause them; a no stops them.
- 05
Won
One click turns the lead into a client with a project, keeping the whole history.
The AI always knows where to search next.
Countries are split into cities and small areas. Each area is searched across Google Maps, the Meta Ad Library, directories and public lists, then marked done — so we keep moving forward and never circle back.
- Daily target with live progress, and a log of every run with notes on what was found.
- Leads are linked to their area, so you can see which neighbourhoods are worth more time.
- Add areas by pasting a list, drag to reorder, skip the ones that are not worth it.
Outreach happens on WhatsApp. So the CRM lives on your phone too.
Install it like an app, get a notification when a follow-up is due, open the lead and send — without switching to a laptop.
Built for a team, protected by default.
Every rule is enforced in the database, and every change leaves a trail.
Google sign-in
No passwords to manage. Team members use their Google account.
Approval first
New accounts see nothing until an owner or admin approves them.
Roles
Owner, Admin and Member, enforced inside the database, not just hidden buttons.
Safe deletes
Everything goes to Trash first and can be restored. Nothing disappears by accident.
Good to know
Who can use Qrinux CRM?
Only the Qrinux team. Anyone can sign in with Google, but their account waits on an approval screen until an owner or admin lets them in.
Does it send messages automatically?
No. The CRM prepares the messages and reminds you when to follow up, but a person always presses send — from WhatsApp, email or social media.
Where do the AI-found leads come from?
Public sources such as Google Maps, the Meta Ad Library, government licence lists and business directories. The Lead Engine records which area and source was searched so nothing is covered twice.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It is built mobile-first and can be installed as an app from the browser menu, with push notifications for due follow-ups. On iPhone, add it to the Home Screen first.
Are client passwords stored here?
No. Projects keep links, domains, hosting and renewal dates only. Passwords belong in a password manager.
Start the day with a clear list.
Sign in with your Google account. An owner or admin will approve you.
